What are you thinking? What is on your mind? If it is garbage or a bad idea that will take you backward like stealing or committing fraud and so on and forth, spew it quickly, otherwise, it festers and grows to a monster and soon enough you will DO IT. Doing it may cost you the rest of your life; probably killed or in jail/prison. If you are thinking of a good idea that will propel you forward, nurse it! Never let a good idea or a dream die. Keep it alive and let it inspire you to try to seeing it come to fruition. On my quest for success, I will hold tight to every good idea and dream that comes to me by writing them down, getting excited about them, and taking deliberate steps to accomplishing same, else they die.
