A leader in the eyes of many have answers to the questions asked, otherwise they study and come up with an answer. A leader is assumed grounded in character and is an example to many. If a leader is not grounded in character, it shows in their words and action because these speak the loudest. On my quest for success, I will be sure to do my homework before assuming responsibility because in assuming responsibility I have indirectly pledged to be an example to the society. If i am not grounded in character, it will definitely show up in my words and action and as a half-baked leader I cannot lead an examplary life.
