Develop the habit of open communication!

"He who asks is a fool for five minutes, but he who does not asks remains a fool forever" ~ Chinese Proverb.
Assumption is the sure way to  the destruction of a good relationship. What does it cost to just ask for clarification? In a father to daughter, wife to husband, brother to sister, fiancĂ© to fiancĂ©e and boss to employee relationship, there should have been some degree of trust developed overtime, and this level of trust that has been built cannot be denied all of a sudden over a flimsy baseless matter. If the so-called matter has a base, the next question would be, "has the truth been tested?" Do not be afraid to ask questions to clarify distortion or to challenge a lie. Everyone should be able to develop a pattern of open communication where issues are resolved without delay after the facts or forever remain bitter. On my quest for success, i will develop the habit of open communication with everyone by resolving issues based on facts the moment they are birthed.
Develop the habit of open communication!
