Education is not achieved only from just attending a formal school after paying tuition. Life lessons can be learned from anywhere ranging from being at table with someone I look up to, listening to an intelligent speaker, reading books with life lessons and listening to the words of those who have learned to climb through the ropes of life to get to the top. On my quest for success, I will definitely listen more than talk when I meet with people with varying educational status & opinions about issues, and not pull out the age tab to determine their ages because life lessons can be learned from adults as well as children.
