Be happy!

Choose to be happy irrespective of your present circumstance. Choose to wear a smile and let nothing dissuade you from enjoying your day. You might have been criticized all year long, refuse to be downed. Remember, you are like the sun that rises every day. The sun cannot be downed by anyone. It rises in its time and sets in its time. You are in control of how you feel. Smile or laugh at will and do it freely. You would be creating an environment of comfort and encouragement for yourself. No-one can help you do this except you. Irrespective of how you feel, control train yourself to smile or laugh, before long, it would be part of your personality. Be happy this season and always.
